I first got a Telephone interview. They asked me a few conpetency and motivation related questions. Then I was invited to do an Online test. After I passed the test, I got an invitatoin to draw 4 slides about how to make a construction company achieve standardization in their project management. I was asked to present the slides in 48 hours.

After applying for the position, I immediately received an online assessment.
Two weeks later, I was invited to an online HR interview.
After that, no more response, I heard nothing further.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hong Kong) in Sept 2025

“The main difference is that internal audit is done by employees of the company to evaluate and improve internal controls and risk management, while external audit is carried out by independent auditors like Deloitte to give an opinion on whether the financial statements are true and fair for shareholders.”
The interview process went very smoothly. The interviewer was also very professional. Overall, it felt very smooth. The questions asked tend to be more technical ones, and there are also a few behavioral ones
