I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (McLean, VA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The first round included a pre-interview reception at a nice restaurant downtown, then two back to back 30 minute interviews with a partner and a senior manager on-campus. The second interview was an office interview which included a very nice dinner at a high-end restaurant, a tour of the office, two 30 minute interviews with the managing partner and a senior manager, concluding with a nice lunch at another restaurant with the senior associates, and first year associates.
