I send a general application form to Deloitte Luxembourg office to ask if there were any open positions available for recent graduates. I got a prompt response and scheduled an interview at their offices for a week later. On the day of the interview they kept me waiting in the reception of their offices. The interview itself lasted for 35 minutes and different types of questions were asked. They asked questions about my educational background and about my work experiences. Some questions asked about the tax consultant position itself, what responsibilities I thought it contained. The whole interview was in french, even though all the initial communication with the company was in English.

A clear and transparent process. Although it didn’t go all the way to the end, I could still feel the positive and collaborative company culture. The process included three rounds in total: an initial back-to-back interview with HR and the hiring manager, followed by a final round with a partner.
