I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in July 2012
Interview
I joined at senior associate level (year 2) and I was referred by a Deloitte employee. There was an informal chat with a partner, then a formal, competency based interview, followed by another informal interview which the interviewer admitted was useless and HR made him do it. Internal recruitment team are USELESS, will mess things up or slow everything down, confuse dates, or won't come back to you so try to bypass them if you can.
