A TA/HR will call you to see if you are suited for the job that you have applied. Two interview: 1. Live coding interview with Senior Consultant (45min) 2. Live coding interview with Director (30min) The process took 1 month and the offer letter took 2 weeks. Once offered, you can negotiate for your desired pay
