1) Register Online 2) Psychometric Test - Make sure to read up on Deloittes values when answering these questions. 3) One-way video interview - Primarily soft skills based (describe a time you worked as a team etc.) 4) Final Stage Interview - Similar soft skills questions and why Deloitte? Why the auditing role? What technology of Deloittes would I change/update? Random topic based question and discussion (mine was on the ageing population) 5) Offer received around 2 weeks after final interview Total process was around 3 months

Initial call - 20 mins discussion about details and motivation which was a screening call mainly to ascertain specifics (i.e. Uni status, preparedness to move, etc.) before deciding whether to carry on to 1st Stage interview process

Interview
It's a 4 stage interview process just as it is listed on their website. A CAT aptitude assessment, a group case assessment, and then two separate interviews, a Manager-level interview and a Partner interview.
