I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Apr 2010
Interview
First, a telephonic HR interview - lady more interested in my current salary and availability
Next 1:1 interview with Director - 45 minutes. I reeled some technical stuff. He didn't know much (probably confused him), so he asked for an informal interview with a manager working with the same client as I.
Informal interview - 30 minutes- over coffee - details about existing work at the client. Involvement, tools,
Partner interview - partner late by 20 minutes. He just wanted to check if I could talk and look like a sane person. Said he will make an offer.
Interview lasted 15 minutes
Offer made - reviewed, rejected - email
Revised offer made/accepted - phone
Background check took a long time. Probably my peripatetic career.
Short n slow and the ppl were not nice it was very un professional glad it was over and didn't have to stay long I didn't think that everything would go by so fast
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deloitte (Arlington, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Panel Review with Senior Managers and Directors that I eventually work with on projects, so they had real knowledge of the type of experience they were looking for and asked the right questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Each panel member asked how I would handle particular projects with clients.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in July 2015
Interview
Very confusing about Role and designation. I am not getting a point, that if someone wants to join only as manager, why will he / she join as support engineer. That too the decision to hire one senior guy is given to junior / less exp people in deloitte. Please get confirmation from HR about Designation / Role and make sure you tell interview is taken by people more experienced than you.

Question 1
Both rounds were taken by panel with less experience and the expectation of panel is one has worked in similar project, faced same issue and resolved that issue with same steps which panel knows. If you answer anything less or more...you are rejected. He / she should know to fix a issue himself to become Manager of a team and talk to clients and handle business proposals.
