The first round is the Screening profile After that, there is a technical round which is followed by a techno managerial round and HR interview round.This can be either a telephonic, video or face-to-face interview round based on the job profile.

Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
