There is aptitude test held in the college which consists of verbal, logic and quants section. People selected have a group discussion round, which is divided into two parts. In the first part, a topic is given for discussion, where you will have to draw some form of graph or chart at the end of the discussion. Second part is presenting the same topic to a different panel and you use the chart created in first part as a summary. After GD, there is an HR interview round. Most questions are resume based. You get result of the interview in a week or two. They mostly test your communication skills.
