relates to previous experience but wasn't that hard. There would be scenerio based questions. They want to see your level of confidence and how you relate to past experience. If you don't have experience then they want to see how would you contribute to be successful

Capaciteitentest, kennismakingsgesprek met manager en HR, tweede gesprek met manager en partner. Aan de hand van de uitkomst van de capaciteitentest en mijn motivatiebrief werd het eerste gesprek gevoerd. In het tweede gesprek werd meer ingegaan op de functie en wat mijn rol hierin kan zijn.
