Round di 4 colloqui da hr a partner + test tecnico su excel, domande tecniche su DCF, valutazione, Multipli, analisi finanziaria. In più 3/4 domande di logica economica e ragionamento. Tempo di attesa per ricevere l'esito dei colloqui molto molto lungo

Che tipo di operazione straordinaria si presta maggiormente per u settore industriale molto capitalizzato? e perché?

Interview
First interview is with HR, pretty standard, no issues. Second interview was a group case study supervised by a manager and the final interview was with a partner technical + fit.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds.
1 - aptitude test (logical reasoning, quants and verbal)
2- basic resume interview round
3 - HR round
Interviews were all very polite and nice

razonamiento logico,matematico y cuadrar un balance y p&l a partir de unos asientos contables y reflejar tambien los asientos+ dinamica de grupo con otros candidatos+entrevista tecnica con manager.
