they didn't know whats the job is, they just need disperate someone that speak italian and they did 2 interview for it, 2 calls to explain the company and 1 to explain the proposal, lol
First round was good, purely technical second round was more into coding, and third round was maneger round which was a combination of techo functional questions. HR round was super fast
