Interview
I participated in Deloitte's campus recruitment drive which was held in online mode during my campus placements. I made it to the final round of interview but then I was extremely disappointed when I was done with the interview. It was of the lowest quality. That HR was not even having my resume. No technical questions nothing. It lasted for just 10 minutes and the moment I was done with my interview I made it out that I was not getting into it as it seemed like they already decided who they wanted to take out of the final shortlisted candidates.

How is my hometown better than the location of the college?
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
