Interview
Applied online. Received an email a few weeks later after which had to complete an online assessment. Received a call for an interview at the office. The interviewer asked about strengths, weaknesses and skill sets. After the initial interview, the senior HR manager came and asked additional details. This was followed by a phone interview with the main boss.

What difficulties did you have during a project and how did you resolve them?
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
