Prima parte conoscitiva con presentazione e percorso di studi , parte motivazionale del perché si vuol entrare in azienda e business case o caso pratico di ragionamento. I passaggi sono uno in caso di analyst oppure due per le figure più senior.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
