Difficult test especially the IQ one in a large meeting room where there were about 50 of us
We wrote an essay afterwards. Spent the whole day at their office. Maybe they were testing patience.
Did 2 Manager Interviews. Questions around the job role, prior work experience and some basic accounting and finance questions
1 Partner Interview - Very brief and easy. I guess he didn't have much time. Felt like due process.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
