Recruited from a core school:
2 20minute interviews with alumni, if selected, followed by 2 30minute interviews for their Super-Day. Was very easy, and clear throughout the entire process. DB wants people that are genuinely interested in working for the bank, rather then just landing an IB internship... if you have an interview and are there for the wrong reasons you will be exposed come interview time.

The first round interviews stressed my knowledge of basic accounting concepts/valuations. The most important questions are "Why IB/DB"
Super-Day was tough being that mine took place over the phone instead of in the office (NYC). 1 was all fit, one was 25% fit/ 75% technical

Where is the market headed?
What do I get with an EPS, P/E, EBITDA multiple?
What do you know about LBOs?
What do I look for on the financial statements when analyzing a company (aside from the first and second answer I gave them)?

Interview
The first round is a 30 min technical interview pretty straight forward all the basics not many follow up questions. They left about 5 min at end for your questions so be prepared for that and to have a conversation
Quite clear and networking-heavy. Their technical and personal interviews were quite standard for the industry, with questions about previous experience, industry knowledge, and investment background. Be sure to prepare with some knowledge about banks and the overall industry!
