Interview
The Interview was fixed over emails, with the Business Head of that particular division. It helped because i had earlier worked with the organization. The interview was based on technical knowledge and of course assumed that you know your stuff inside out. It was also expected that you have a view of the markets.
The guy interviewing was really friendly and process was smooth. We had a phone interview but then I wasn’t interested in the job to keep on with a second interview

Question 1
What’s my experience and which type of person I am / what i can do and the tools I can use. Then some technical job relevant questions
3 rounds, 2 tech, 1 behav. Very chill and supportive. Behav round had two Directors. Overall, it is a very good experience to interview. Tech is not very important, atmosphere is more important.
Streamlined interview process with 4 people of different seniority level at the desk. Informal/casual interview with good mix of quantitative and qualitative questions. Focused a lot on technical skills and understanding of quant as well as fundamentals.
