Interview
All behavioral. Cared a lot about diversity, and I was told that one of the reasons I did not receive an offer after the final round interviews was because I was not as diverse as the other candidates.

Tell me about yourself
Tell me about a time that you took the lead in a group situation
Tell me about the last time that you did something for the first time
Overall very conversational, and did not ask any technical questions. Nice 30 minute first round interview.
The interviewer kept the interview very nice and comfortable. He asked good but common questions, so make sure that you prepare for the common interview questions like why finance and why IB.

I arrived in the bank early in the morning. They made me stay in a room with other applicants. The guys were super nice in the interview. Nothing was strange about the interview. I thought it went well.
