Typical 3-stage interview, following generic and contemporary techniques, using the 'Situational, Task, Remedial Action, Resolution,' methodology, including other more specific scenario analysis.
Cultural based scenario questions, including roe plays and written communication and numerical reasoning tests.
Other commercially sensitive techniques.

Interview
The interview was conducted by a committee of men who had not read my curriculum vitae or prepared very tailored questions. The impression they left was that they were "looking for one of their own", ie. not looking to be more adventurous in their hiring.
