Interview is a 2 way thing, and the interviewers should attend courses on how to conduct interview professionally and know how to RESPECT candidate. OR, hire a professional HRBP if you do not know how to practice a proper recruitment process. The hiring manager called in virtually and did not turn on the camera and barely asked or answered questions. One of the interviewers responded with rude attitude and pretty judgemental and seemed to have alot of assumptions on the candidate AND SHE IS NOT EVEN THE HIRING MANAGER! If you're just a relevant stakeholder but not the hiring manager, maybe you should just keep your mouth shut and let the hiring manager talks instead since you do not know anything about role nor the person and keeps the judgements to yourself! I lost my interest immediately after this so called first interview.
