I passed both the interviews and in the end I was the one who had to request feedback from the company because they never told me anything. It is really not kind to ghost candidates this way. The recruiter told me that there are no open roles left but they've recently updated the role they're hiring for meaning they were just not honest with me. Please be transparent to candidates and open about feedback. It is not good and professional to lie to people.
Overall, it was a very smooth experience. What stood out to me was the flexibility in scheduling the interview—it really showed consideration for the candidate’s availability. The communication was clear at each stage, and I felt well-informed about the process, which made the experience even better.
