First Round Interview with 2 interviewers from your division (1 a VP with 20yrs plus experience and 1 associate).
Was expecting technical questions but only got asked general competency questions. Interview extremely formal and interviewers are solid strict and wont respond to your answers. Be prepared for this and be calm and know your examples well. Prepare to be push however.

General competency questions; Tell me about a time you led a team etc.
Diligent, effective and respectful approach. The interviewer was punctual and very professional in his handling of the meeting. I will proceed to the next round of meeting with participation of a higher ranked employee.
I was a fresh grad when I was interviewed. They had me take a test first, which I remember included logic questions. During the interview, they asked about my experience as an undergrad (leadership roles, thesis, etc)
