      Credit Advisor Interview

      20 May 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Phoenix, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016

      Interview

A group interview process where they take everyone for a tour and interview each one individually and narrow the people they want down. I was asked literally maybe 3 questions then I was put into another room where I was offered the job and backround process. This was a red flag as it seemed "too easy". I had one company pay check stub missing from a job 4 years ago and the HR rep was very rude to me and unprofessional. He told me if I didn't go to the IRS office or send a paycheck stub in 3 days they were going to offer to someone else. Interesting that they are so concerned about a job I had 4 years ago but they do not drug test any employees? Based on his attitude alone and the too easy interview process I knew this was going to be a high turnover job and a HR nightmare. I didn't even bother trying to get my paycheck information and declined this job.

      Credit Advisor Interview

      13 Sept 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Tucson, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Tucson, AZ)

      Interview

There was a substantial amount of people who applied (approx. 100), and attended the prescreening interviews. They had a few sales employees mixed into the group to see if anyone would strike a conversation with the current employees. It was cool, because they were easy to mingle with. I was interviewed by Roger Hand, who was over the Concierge department, which is a big deal for the company. I loved his charismatic demeanor. His had his own organic process to determine if I was qualified for the job. I'm glad he took a chance on me. Then I was interviewed by "Big Sean", who was the head poncho. Big Sean looked tired and stressed from running the stressful organization. His main questions were in regards to if I was able/willing to endure the demands of the job. After that, 9 people in the whole applicant process was hired for the next training team.
