Screening Gespräch, anschließend Gespräch mit Hiring Manager. Hierbei leider rausgeflogen. Viele Fragen zur Motivation des Jobwechsels, sehr wenig über die Erfahrung und skills. Insgesamt daher enttäuschend. Generell wurde auch wenig über die Company und Anforderung an die Rolle besprochen
2 rounds
round 1: technical - asked on past project experience and few technical questions
round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .

Interview
The interview has been very thorough and quick, interviewers are friendly and knowledgeable. The team culture must be great to be part of.
