Primero se realizó una entrevista con el área de Recursos Humanos, orientada a conocer mi perfil profesional, experiencia laboral, motivaciones e interés en la posición. Posteriormente, avancé a una instancia de evaluación de inglés mediante un aplicativo llamado HireVue. La evaluación consistió en dos preguntas grabadas con cámara, orientadas a conocer más sobre mi perfil profesional, objetivos a futuro y motivaciones para postularme a la posición, con preguntas como “¿Cómo te ves en 10 años?” o “¿Qué te motivó a solicitar el puesto?”.

3rd is for final interview which is for behavioral and situational questions and also the job descriptions and about the company
