I applied through university. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in July 2016
Interview
Aptitude test, HR,Technical round
It was good and systematic
It tested ones nerves and it was a good experience for the Freshers.
It was a nice experience and one can easily use it for future ventures.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Current affairs
Tax and finance
It was a mind testing one
It was difficult but not out of one's range.
It was a long interview and checked ones basics which is good for a fresher.
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
