I applied through university. I interviewed at EY (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
I was connected to this opportunity through an office campus. After I was referred to the recruiter, I had an initial phone screening and was given the opportunity to pursue two different positions. After being persuaded by the recruiter to move forward with the QA analyst, I interviewed at the Jacksonville Office. The interview lasted about 2 hours and included a presentation and 3 separate interviews, including a case study. After the interview process I got generally positive feedback and was told it could take up to 2 weeks to hear a decision. After 2 weeks passed, I was told that decisions were taking longer than expected since some partners had been traveling. Finally after 2 and a half weeks, I received a call from the recruiter saying that after re-evaluating the needs of the company, hiring was going to be put on hold indefinitely. It was a very negative experience since I had the opportunity to pursue a different path (that was hiring), but was convinced to move forward for a position that never existed. Would not recommend.

Interview
Interviewed with senior and hiring managers, partner. Interview aspect was nice and went very well with questions in line to what usual EY candidates have been through along with friendly discussions.
The most unprofessional part of the process and something that a big four would never do was to extend a verbal offer multiple times through managers/poc and then HR not submitting the candidate for consideration in the end.
Highly unethical, one would never want to consider EY for future prospects and go with Deloitte.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Jacksonville, FL) in July 2016
Interview
Met with a few managers, it was very professional and friendly conversation. You will meet with managers from all over the country and they will ask you difficult questions about how you would handle certain situations.
