Interview
I was contacted for an interview via my university job portal. I was scheduled for one behavioral interview and one case study. Both took place on campus and back to back. I was then contacted a couple days after regarding a office visit. The office visit consisted of presentations from EY HR and partners as well as shadowing/asking questions to employees within advisory. Overall the process was very smooth and HR was great!
The interview process was 2 behavioral interviews followed by a case study. In the case study you are provided a case to review for 10-15 minutes and asked follow-up interviews regarding what you read.

Very direct. I got referred so the recruiter contacted me for phone interview for 30ms, and she gave me clear direction in what is require and what are the next step. I applied through campus job board, had an online interview for around 6 questions. They invited me to a social event before the interview day, one behavior with partner and one case study with manager.
