Interview
Very casual but quite rude, the interviewer was nice at first however became very snobbish about my background. I was perfectly qualified for the position I did not think that this should have any place in interviews, it is discriminatory.

Asked if i thought people think less of me because of my northern accent - told it was very negative and people change it.
Phone call interview. Asked motivational questions about the industry and EY specifically. Asked to take through CV and tell about yourself. Then asked about an interesting article or market trend

Interview
Relatively easy. Start with behaviral interview with 2 senior associate, very casual. 1-2 week after, receive a take home case you have 2 days to complete on an industry. Very straight forward
