      Performance Improvement Associate Interview

      31 Jan 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Lagos
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EY (Lagos) in July 2015

      Interview

Great and Insightful. The Interviewers were knowledgeable and very accommodating. They needed specific responses to the questions asked because time was a constraint. In addition, they shared ideas and spoke great and insightful about EY while embedding my goals with the company's goals.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Assuming you are in an elevator and a man initiates a conversation with you on a topic you are familiar with. In the process, he makes an incorrect comment regarding to the topic which is quiet incorrect and he is quiet aggressive with his points. How would you respond to his comment knowing fully well that he is wrong.
