Interview
I had been called for the interview on 22nd February 2018 through employee referal. Overall it was good but interview process is taking too much time ie, there is a long time gap between the rounds of interview

Question 1
The first round was Aptitude test which contains 4 sections - 1- Email writing, 2- Accounts and related, 3- Quantitative Reasoning 4- Verbal test
whoever attended the first round along with me only two got selected for the 2nd round. They informed us that they will call us for the further rounds . Still Iam waiting for the 2nd round .
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
