They want you more than you want them. Interview was more of a sharing session by the interviewers rather than focusing on the interviewee. It was quite an easy interview with fixed questions that were prepared for all interviews.
Straightforward, all behavioral (for interns), as long as you prove you’re somewhat competent you’re fine. Nothing technical at all. You speak with 2 Senior Managers and call a hire view zoom

The Senior Manager is very friendly and the interview was chill. He is willing to explain and answer any questions regarding the working culture and share his working experience in EY.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and asked to schedule a phone screen interview. After talking with the recruiter, I was connected with firm leadership of the office of my choosing. I then was handed off to the recruiter of the region and scheduled interviews with the partner and manager from the office.
