I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The recruiters contacted me with the application, I had a self-record viral interview. This interview was tricky, and had some technical questions. Be sure to be able to speak to lots of experience and prior projects involving technology. I heard back 2 weeks later and was flown out to headquarters in Chicago, IL for final round. Consisted of three interviews all of them 1 hour. One case study and two behavioral. Overall very straight forward process, got an offer four days after final round.

Got sent a video interview process with 6 prerecorded questions to answer; mostly stuff about how you work on teams. Was flown out for a Mega day in Chicago where there was a mixer the night before, and 3 interviews in a row the day of. The order was random, but there is a simple case interview and two behavioral interviews. Each is 1:1 with a different person.

I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
The recruitment team came to my university's career fair. The recruiters were very kind and helpful to answer my questions. The next day, I got invited to complete a first-round interview via Yello, a virtual interview system. I had 3 days to complete the virtual interview. One week after completing the virtual interview, I was invited to a final round interview in Chicago. The final round interview was 2 weeks later and was the same for the entire national advisory practice (i.e. people from all across the country interviewing for the TAP and BAP programs completed the final rounds on the same day). The night before the interviews, the candidates attended an optional networking event to meet some EY employees and calm nerves before the interviews. The next day we completed the actual interviews; I had 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case interview. I received an offer within a week after the final round interviews were over. The whole process, start to finish, took about 5 weeks.
