They had 3 rounds:-
1. Technical round
2. Managerial round
3.HR round
1st round was pretty easy, typical pega interview questions that you might have come across in earlier interviews.
2nd round this will be little tough here the discussion will be with hiring manager(technical guy) mostly questions related to your project work.
3rd round : This is a very crucial part where everything comes down to compensation. Firstly they will ask basic HR questions like why you want to join our org etc and finally discussion will come down to expected compensation. Be careful in setting your expectations because sometimes after mutual agreement with HR also they don't provide the offer letter. I had very bad experience with their onboarding team where they agreed, but did not send the offer letter later.
On sending repeated emails also they kept on saying we will process you offer letter but finally said pega hiring is on hold kindly go ahead with other offers you have in hand.
