Interview
The interview consisted of around 10 standard interview questions. the interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable. It was a 30 minute interview with HR and another 30 minute interview with a partner. Overall process felt very quick, but I think the key thing they look for is ability to learn quickly. Not a bad experience, make sure to know your resume inside out

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

Pre-recorded video interview, after you pass, you will have an interview with the hiring manager, and lastly partner. Be prepare to answer behavioral questions, and stay confident, don't stutter or have any funny body languages.

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
