Interview
Quite detailed technical questions about accounting standards implementation, but the interviewer actually gave solutions for the problem in case questions. The interviewer also voiced out the concern and expectations for the candidates

They asked me about basic accounting & auditing case study, and my expectations about working in a team and in EY
Interview was OK. In the HR interview they asked you some general questions and the interviewer was really friendly, then waited about a week to be invited to a user interview.

fairly similar to all other big 4. Only difference for me was that I was based in Auckland and I was applying for a Sydney based role. So they had me skip the assessment day and just do a case study followed by a 2 panel interview.
