The interview process consisted of two interviews over zoom where you learn more about the position. The next interview is with the hiring manager seeing if you are a good fit for the team.
The interview was very straightforward, you'll meet a member of the current financial planning team and either meet in a 1-on-1 interview or be grouped with 5 others in a group interview setting. Very easygoing interview but the job itself is a little different than the description. If you don't have the series 65 license you'll have 4 weeks of studying for one chance at passing the exam. If you fail, your contract is done. If you pass, you'll be placed with others in pursuing a financial planning capacity or continue to pursue advanced certifications if desired.

Várias etapas, mas nada fora do comum! Primeiro fui entrevistada pela recrutadora, após, passei para a segunda etapa e fui entrevistada pela gerente. Recebi a oferta, mas não aceitei a vaga pois não estava dentro da minha expectativa (essa minha experiência foi em 2019, não sei como são os processos seletivos atualmente)
