I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was first asked to do a Hirevue interview with 5 questions. Once I passed that stage, I was invited to 2 live interviews that were conducted virtually. These interviews were fairly casual and very friendly. They really wanted to get to know me to assess my fit with the firm.

Tell us about a time that you had to adapt after being given new information.
Why EY/ why this internship?
What’s something innovative that you’ve done?
Heard back about 2-3 weeks after I applied online. I then had two back to back thirty minute behavioral interviews with one interviewer per interview. My interviewers were from the office I was applying to. Practically no technical questions.

Question 1
How do you balance all your extracurriculars and job while maintaining good grades
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with a manager and an analyst. This was for the tech launch. All behavioral, just have a response prepared for times you've worked with complex data.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked with complex data.
The interview process was two stages with two different senior managers who just asked mainly behavioral questions. It was mostly conversational. If you just be yourself, it won't necessarily be a hard interview.
