I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Singapore) in Apr 2021
Interview
3 stages. Interviewed during the pandemic period so all were done online.
1st stage: online assessment.
2nd stage: Interview with mid-tier management. This is to know more about you/ if you fit into the culture of their team etc. Elaborate about yourself and your internship. Prepare to be asked about your previous internship experience as this is where they will be doing fact-checking. Show them you have networked properly and your portfolio.
3rd stage: partner interview: this is more challenging as discussion on current affairs is touched upon too. Mine was touched on the covid economy and what is my take going forward.
