I did an online assessment and a situational jugement test. You would only get a SJT invitation if you meet the benchmark of the OT. If you succeed at the SJT stage you will get the offer.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an online assessment, which included workplace scenarios (such as situational judgement) alongside testing your numerical skills. The interview process also included video interviews with multiple questions.
The process consisted of 3 parts conducted online through assessment sites. Very pleasant experience with great feedback. Most questions were competence-based. Other parts of assessment included behavioural and techniqual questions.
