Interview
1. Let my CV at the career fair of my school
2. Was called back one week after and invited to an assessment centre
3. The assessment centre lasted half a day, 4 exercises: 1:1 interview (very pleasant, simple interview questions), group case study, personality test (PAPI) and discussion, numerical reasoning test.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
