I applied online. The process took 9+ months. I interviewed at EY (Luton, East of England, England) in July 2015
Interview
I applied for tax in Luton and had a partner interview within the assessment centre. For the partner interview, there was 2 interviewer (a senior manager and an executive director) and me which was apparently odd, even the assessment centre co-ordinator was surprised. The interview had motivation questions and personality questions which are the compulsory questions and are a bit formal. In between these questions, they asked a couple of informal questions. They did take some noted. Then I was given a chance to ask them any question.
