Interview
Interview process was great. I interviewed with a partner on campus at my university. She was a complete sweatheart. I heard back 1 week later that I got selected to attend the office visit. The office visit consisted of 3 "interviews" that wewre basically conversations with managers and senior managers. After the entire office visit, it took about 2 weeks to hear back from the firm. I accepted the internship position!

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
