Interview
Job simulation and proficiency tests were a key part including numerical proficiency and recording reactions and responses to tasks and questions. The entire thing was carried out remotely and tracked all the way using a metre. There is a practice platform also available

Q: The company has sent you to work with a major retailer in the UK, advise them on what actions must be taken to encourage business growth based on quarterly reports and statistics.

-Individual assessment writing a short report, group stage (essentially reading comprehension)

Interview
The interview process was not long. Consisted of competency questions and motivation for applying for the role. It was a video interview and there were around 7-8 questions. The competencies were associated with the company values and the responsibilities of the role.
