Colloquio molto tranquillo, le domande sono generiche e gli interviewer sempre gentili. In genere si presentano in due: un partner e un manager. Il primo passaggio viene fatto con l'HR interno, che però non è presente durante il colloquio "tecnico".

Well organized interview process with a manager and senior manager. Lots of attention to detail and relevant questions asked relating to my experience and background. Interviewers were prompt and efficient in their roles.

Interview
I applied online to the posting on the EY career website. Then, I went through a typical phone interview with HR for the first stage and passed that screening. I was invited to go to their head office in Toronto for an in-person interview with the Partner and Senior Manager. The interview was very casual and them asking questions to get to know you but nothing too intense.
