Stage 1: HR Call, basic behavioural interview; stage 2: Called by an associate: asked technical (investment banking type) questions. Finally, called to the office to meet with VPs and senior associates for a combination of fit and technical questions
Phone call interview. Asked motivational questions about the industry and EY specifically. Asked to take through CV and tell about yourself. Then asked about an interesting article or market trend

Interview
Relatively easy. Start with behaviral interview with 2 senior associate, very casual. 1-2 week after, receive a take home case you have 2 days to complete on an industry. Very straight forward
