Interview
It was of 3 rounds.
One online for aptitude.
Then a GD round it wasn't that tough if you got good speaking skills.
Then a in-person interview.
Basically what I felt was they were just checking your confidence as in the pre placement presentation they said we will teach you everything so you need to know nothing.

Interview
pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
Multi-stage interview process with EY Corporate Finance, including HR screening, technical case interviews, and fit discussions. Process was professional and structured, with a strong focus on financial analysis, commercial thinking, and communication skills.
