It was my first interview after college. I was honest and stated my experience clearly without hesitation
I also mentioned that I did not have previous exp in L&D

The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
