Interview
EY has a very organized and straight forward interview process. First, a phone interview with an HR staff member. Second, a phone interview with a member of the team that you are applying for that could be somewhat technical. Finally, you go meet the team in person and have a day of interviews with 4-5 members. There may be some technical questions involved at the in-person interview, however mine was mostly fit questions.

Interview
The interview process was first with the HR Manager and the Partner of the department, who they were mostly interested in my motives in joining EY. Secondly, I had a face-to-face interview with a Senior Manager and then I completed assessment tests based on financial statements.

Interview
Received an email for a phone interview, which was about 30 minutes with a resume walk through and behavioral questions. Second round was at HQ at the Times Square office. 2 behavioral and 1 case interview, each 30 min. First behavioral was structured, followed by an interviewer-led case question, and last behavioral interview was more conversational. All interviewers were pleasant and fun to talk to.
